Hello friends, it is a pleasure to be able to write again about these precious beans, which when ground give us the delicious liquid that we like so much.
Today, I am going to tell you about another interesting thing that can be done with coffee, besides drinking it, perhaps you are wondering why she invents so many things with coffee? What happens is that since I know how many benefits coffee has, I experiment and investigate to see what other benefits we can get from its valuable properties.
In this opportunity, it is something very simple and very original, for a long time, more than 15 years ago, a grandmother taught me a technique so that the pans, pots or cauldrons, at the moment of cooking, do not stick to the food.
Sometimes, we want to fry an egg, make pancakes or something else and it turns out that everything we do in the pan sticks to us, how sad it is when that happens!
However, many people have a specific technique to cure the pans, as we say here in my country.
Some of these options are: with a lot of oil, with a lot of salt or other more dangerous ways. But as always I have a different way to do it very safe and economical, you know what I'm getting at right? Yes my friend what you are thinking, with coffee.
Next, I will give you grandma's recipe. Every time you make coffee, set aside the coffee grounds (cipo, borra or whatever they call it in your country) in a place, so that it dries completely.

When it is already dry, turn on the stove and place the pan or pot you want to cure, when it is hot add the coffee and spread it with a wooden paddle over the entire surface of the pan or pot.
This will give off a delicious smell similar to the one produced when roasting coffee.
Practically, you are going to let all that coffee burn, while you keep moving it all over the pan, then turn off the stove and let it cool, and then shake the pan and wash it. Now it's ready to fry anything you need without sticking or burning.
As I said, I have been using this technique for years, to cure my pans and pots, I can tell you they are excellent, I have had very good results, if you wish, try it and you will see how useful it is.
I hope that like me, you like it and you find this grandmother's recipe practical.
If you have any other doubts or questions on how to make it, I will be attentive to your comments, thank you very much for reading me.
