When the vehicle that left these marks on the sand passed by, it must have made a lot of noise, but I arrived later, when I could barely hear the murmur of the waves on the shore. Seagulls were flying overhead and taking advantage of the calm sea to get their catch in the water.

It felt so good here. I was thinking so many things and at the same time nothing. I think I was letting all kinds of thoughts come and let them go with the gentle breeze.

Breathing is so important and many times we don't do it correctly in our day to day life. Too many chores either at home or at work, too much routine, too much taking for granted... right?

I stood for a while looking at this chaos and discovered that within all this there is an order, a pattern. This is how I sometimes understand the behavior of the people around me. But it is easier to detach or walk away from a person than from this.

It was my last day there. I looked back at the chaos left behind.

It wasn't the same anymore.

I looked at the clock and it was still early enough to watch a great film about reflexes in peace and quiet as well. So I decided to find a deckchair by the pool.

There was a man cleaning the water.

The pool would be ready a few minutes later for everybody to freshen up... but not so that I could continue photographing reflections at my leisure.

And I saw the Canadian gent I met two years ago right here, get up from the buffet table and feed some cats.

You can see a lot of things around you while being in silence.

... as above so below. It's something I always think about.

Since we left our holiday destination yesterday, bad weather has started affecting the western and central regions of the island.

_1360768.JPG

Already, some clouds could be seen laden with... bad weather.

This is my modest participation in the #Monomad Challenge. There is so much silence here too and so many thoughts that come and I release, yes... they have to fly, away from me.
