Inter Milan and Juventus will face each other in the final of the Coppa Italia.
Finally the second leg of the Italian Cup semifinals took place; the great coincidence was evident when in both semifinals clubs that have a great rivalry between them faced each other, in the first semifinal AC Milan vs. Inter Milan and in the second semifinal played Juventus vs. Fiorentina, there was no doubt that these games would be extremely exciting because of the performance of these four clubs so far in Serie A.

In the first leg the two Milan clubs drew goalless, this gave a small advantage to the Rossoneri club because in this season the away goal rule would still be part of this tournament; precisely that created some pressure among the Neroazzurro club who should go out very well concentrated, focused on not only defending the zero in his goal, but in scoring goals to always keep the advantage on the scoreboard and just that did Inzaghi's team that from the first moment went out to attack and took advantage of the lack of concentration of his great city rival; The first goal that Milan conceded was something that nobody expected to come so quickly, Lautaro took advantage of a low pass into the area and defined in a pleasant way giving advantage to his club not only once, but even twice leading his team to dispute the final of the Coppa Italia and is that Inter played perfectly, dominated the pressure, knew how to defend the many attacks of Milan and hit when necessary and is that the goals came at the beginning and middle of the first half and ending the game, This would leave no chance for Milan to get close and dream of a draw that would give them a pass to the final, here the opposite happened, Inter was clearly dominant, playing a very complete match and even sending a message that they will go for all the remaining matches until overcoming Milan who is the current leader of the Serie A in Italy.

Juventus is suffering to be in first place in the table and with the end of the season so close it seems that it is difficult to climb to the top, that's why the only option they have to win a title is just to win the Coppa Italia, for that they had to beat Fiorentin a club with which they have a visceral rivalry; that factor added to the poor performance of Juve would make this game even and that would bring excitement as it had the other semifinal. In this tie, the away goal would also be a factor and what was a very even first game, a last minute mistake by the purple defense, would become a great advantage and perhaps not deserved by the Bianconeri and with this advantage in the first leg, Juventus would play smart against their opponents and that's why DT Allegri preferred to play with a very defensive system using the 4-4-2 scheme, but in reality the team was set up with up to 5 defenders and three midfielders where Bernardeschi and Rabiot played open to be the ones to assist Vlahovic and Morata; Juve thought about counterattacking throughout this second game and thanks to that they got the two goals that closed their pass to the final, it was a team game, a very orderly one and what is most noticeable is that knowing their shortcomings they were able to move forward and now they can dispute a title at the end of the season.

Both Inter and Juventus have very different objectives; the Milan team has the chance to close the season with a double and the Turin team can save the season by winning the final of the Coppa Italia, but the fight in Serie A can be a factor for this final, for example, in the coming weeks Inter is obliged to win the matches they have before playing this final, they can not relax because AC Milan is still the leader and that is why if they lose points, maybe the final of the Coppa Italia will be more important than it is and they will have the same need as their rival, which also must continue to compete to ensure that valuable fourth place or why not even reach the third and ensure their place in next season's UEFA Champions League; for all this I think that somehow this final will be exciting, there is a lot of competition between these two clubs and the need of both can be a big factor to witness a great game between two of the most important teams in Italy.
