hello everyone, today i tested positive in the covid test. I feel good and I don't need to taste sweets 😋 as I have to stay at home I decided to try new recipes. Today I made a marble cake for the first time and it turned out wonderful. In less than 30 minutes you can make this recipe. I made it for my snack 🥰
The ingredients you need for this recipe are:
3/4 cups of oil
90 grams of yellow sugar
2 eggs
120 grams of flour
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 teaspoon (tea) baking powder
1 teaspoon of milk
10 grams of cocoa powder
Procedure:
In a bowl, with the wire rod, mix the oil with the sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla powder
Add the flour and yeast
Place 2/3 of the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Add cocoa and milk to the remaining dough. Flip to form.
With a fork mix the two doughs gently
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20/25 minutes (depends on the oven).
