This is a form of aloo panner paratha. One day i saw someone who made these aloo bites, so i thought I should also try something creative and change for my kid. That day i prepare things for aloo Paratha but my child gets bored with the Paratha, he doesn't eat happily. So i made that bites for him. These bites also suitable as a finger food so kid can easily eat them.
These crispy bites are made by potato, panner , wheat flour, ghee and some herbs. We just have to make stuffing, make the roti , fill the stuffing, make the bites and shallow fry them to make crispy and delicious. Let's enjoy the recipe.

INGREDIENTS ✅
- Boiled potato 1
- Panner small piece
- Wheat flour 1/2 bowl
- Salt to taste
- Black paper 1 pinch
- Chat masala
- Ghee/butter
PROCESS ✅
Step 1 :
First take boil potato, a piece of panner and mash it properly.
Add all spices and mix well. You can also add ginger to the mixture.
Stuffing is ready to add.
Step 2 :
On the other hand take wheat flour and knead dough using water.
Step 3 :
Now make 2 balls from the dough, flatten the ball with the help of rolling pin. Spread some ghee on the roti.
Now spread stuffing to that flatten roti like this and make the roll and cut into the pieces.
Now take one by one pieces and flatten with the help of finger like this.
Step 4 :
Heat a tawa or pan, spread butter or ghee on it and shallow fry all pieces.
Your potato panner bites are ready to enjoy.
Serve it with tomato ketchup or green chutney. It will be enjoy by all .

Tip :
You can add the panner quantity more than potato and can add spices to your choice .
