Hi Hive,
So today I thought I should share with you one recipe that I often prefer during the rainy season and the winters. I think if you live near coastal area or the river, then you may enjoy this with the catch of the day prawns. As the fresh and the cleaned the better.
Here's my output of the recipe.
Let's get started with our recipe.
Ingredient
- Prawns
- Turmeric
- Cumin seeds
- all purpose flour or rice flour or corn flour
- chilly powder
- salt
- paprika
- coriander powder
- aamsul
Method
Take the prawn into the bowl. And make sure to clean the prawns. Then add the prawns into the amsul and water mixture. Keep the prawns marianted with aamsul to reduce it's odor and also to get the sea taste out for those who can't handle that in their diet.
Now take the another bowl. Add the all purpose into it. Use other corn flour if you want as an alternative.
Add the salt, paprika, chilly powder, turmeric, and the corinader powder into the flour to it as well. Now make sure to put the prawns into the flour so that you can add it as coating.
Now take the pan and add some oil into it. And make sure to deep fry the prawns. Keep it aside once they turn golden brown or deep brown.
Depending on the items that you use in the coating the taste would definitely vary. I'd recommend eating this with some chinese sauce. And make sure to garnish it with the cabbage and the corinader. Depending on how you use chutney, that can be adding more taste to this as well.
That's it. I hope you like the recipe and also you can try this on your own. I'd love to know your feedback along the way.
