Hello Hive!

Last weekend I thought about making something out of the chicken recipe. And I wanted to avoid typical tandorr and the gravy dishes. So I thought I should be making something that people crave for and go out to say KFC or similar other places to eat. That made me think of making chicken cheese shots.

So here's my final results

Here are the ingredients that you need to make the chicken cheese shots.

Ingredients

  1. 1/kg chicken boneless pieces
  2. chopped garlic cloves
  3. chopped onion pieces, garlic pieces
  4. salt as per taste
  5. paprika as per taste
  6. chili flakes as per taste
  7. egg
  8. baking soda
  9. water
  10. herbs
  11. cheese
  12. flour
  13. milk
  14. corn starch

Method

  1. Take up a bowl. Add the cloves, salt, paprika, chicken pieces, herbs, onions and garlic into. Now mix it really well. Make sure to add a bit of olive oil 1 tbsp into this mixture. Now make sure that you put this mixture into the grinder and then make sure to make thick paste of this. It would be difficult to grid it if the pieces are big so make sure to cut the chicken into small pieces before you do this. Add water as needed for grinding and make the thick mixture of it.
  2. Take out the mixture. Now in a bowl put this mixture. Get the cheese and make sure to grate it in another bowl. Add the egg yolk into it and mix it with the mixture.
  3. Now take the corn starch, milk, egg yolk and flour and make the small bowls with the mixture. Make sure to add the grated cheese into center of the mixture. Keep the balls into the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Now take the balls out of the freezer and deep fry them until they turn golden brown as you can see in my above image.

You can serve the cheese chicken shots with the schezwan chutney or you can also make use of the green mint chutney. But make sure that the chutney that you add is not too spicy because that would take away the deep taste of the chicken and cheese shots.

Another thing you can do is mix it as a starter in your parties. You can try it out with the soup too. It tastes a lot better with most of the chinese and the japanese food out there.

I hope you like this recipe :)
