There's a new commercial building in the area where we discovered a Chinese food stall selling homemade "pork kuchay dumplings", which I thought was just a regular dumplings that we know - like it's either steamed or fried. This one is different, it's boiled and tasted good! Along with their special vinegar(not spicy but you can add chili sauce if you like, either way works for me). It costs P80 for 10 pieces and P150 for 20, it's very affordable right!? You'll see them how they make these dumplings by hand and then boiled. It's fresh, cheap and delicious!
It's a new building located in Cartimar area besides the wet market, Leveriza St, Pasay. The stall is on the second floor.
