Today 
This afternoon was sunny and beautiful. After getting another four inches of snow yesterday, I was ready to get out of the house. The hour and a half long drive to Bethlehem went by quickly and the oven fit perfectly in our RAV4. Soon we were on our way to Vegan Treats!

Since deciding on buying the stove a few weeks ago, I just knew we had to make a stop here. Both vegan and non-vegan friends make the drive to Vegan Treats for their amazing baked goods. A friend brought us their peanut butter bombs for a party a while back and I've been hooked ever since. I love little bakeries like this and at one time I wanted to open one of my own.
It was tough deciding what to get. Everything looked so good.
I went with an employee's recommendation and got the speculoos.
They also had some beautiful chocolates, but we're still overrun with smidgens, even after I baked two trays of my dark chocolate candy bar brownies (https://steemit.com/food/@msvee/candy-bar-dark-chocolate-brownies) for a party at work this week.
We waited until we got home to try them.
Here are some pictures of our new oven. I can't wait until it's finished! I love the dials and the big, round clock in the center.
It's going to make a great addition to our kitchen!
