I just finished a 19.604km cycling workout that lasted about 0hh:53mm:3ss !
Fridaaaaaaaay! Made it through the full Rookie video from Sufferland / Sufferfest.
Heart and legs felt good today. Gonna hopefully ride outside sometime this weekend if the weather is nice!
Time to hunker down, eat my tacos, drink my beer, crank out a couple more hours of work from the ol' hooooome office, and start my weekend! Hoping to do some woodwork / rockwork this weekend. We'll see what happens!
