Easy and gentle run / walk with 
Little bit of rain out there today, but it was actually nice and refreshing. If the sunshjne yesterday is any indication -- I'm not ready to push hard in the heat yet.
Gentle recovery run / walk today. Played squash last night after a quicker run with
