Lunch Run

I just finished a 4.931km run that lasted about 0hh:30mm:17ss !

Solid lunchtime effort w/ @lbern, @ottersidemedia and Fromez! Beauty day today, if a bit hot. But i figured it was a short run at lunch, or no run this evening after a big day at work.

Think I can confirm that I'm finally over this cold. Breath was good out there today! Now I just gotta wait till all of these tourists go home -- and I get the streets to myself again.
