I just finished a 4.865km run that lasted about 0hh:29mm:20ss !
First run in a while. Feeling out of practice. Despite how much of a slog that was -- I did enjoy running the downhill section. Tries to be concious of posture and how my feet (right foot, specifically) were striking the ground, and trying to carry through.
