D铆a de pinos 馃じ馃徎
The first thing Polanco and I did was start with a handstand with one hand on the parallel bar and the other on the floor. At first glance, it seems complicated due to balance, but once you try it, you realize it's even easier. We lasted about 30 seconds and then lowered ourselves. After a few seconds of rest, we did two more rounds, lasting 20 and 10 seconds respectively, while 脕ngel took charge of practicing the handstand with a parallel bar to the side.
We took turns finishing our warm-up; Polanco tried a handstand while I continued trying the one-arm handstand, which I find easier and easier to balance, but I still need to work on my endurance because supporting your entire weight with one hand puts quite a strain on the wrist, so I rested for a while while Polanco and Angel continued warming up with handstands.
The last thing we did before doing dynamic exercises was to try out handstands on the high parallel bars. Polanco, on the other hand, did it in a way that, to be honest, made me a little unsure. Yes, there might be mats and I'd be confident, but my knees have been giving me some problems lately, and I prefer to avoid any injuries in this area. For my part, I did my usual, climbing with momentum and lasting as long as possible, which this time was a good 40 seconds, making more progress each day. That's all for today, and I hope to see you in my next post.
