When you think of puff pastries, you automatically think of the hard work that comes with it. Especially the kneading, and trying your best not to overknead it. You're always worried if it's fluffy enough or is it too dry. ๐ฐ๐ฐ
With this Paratha, all worries are thrown out of the window! Hooray!
Now let me be clear by saying that the Paratha definitely doesn't replace good puff pastry. However, when you're craving for some crunchy yet fluffy goodies then this is the ultimate hack.
There is 5 pieces of Paratha in a packet (we like this one but there is a lot more varieties of brands and flavour out there). Freeze it till you're gonna use it cos or else it will be soft and will stick to the plastic covering.
Our sausage cheese rolls were easy easy to make. And type of sausages really matter. I find that Ayamas cocktail sausages were the best in flavour & texture. Instructions & ingredients below. As for quantity, it's totally up to you!

๐Nutella and banana : so yum!
๐ Our niece loves pizzas from the normal pizza chain so it's always tapau (takeaway) but now she only request this Parazaโข - Paratha pizza๐๐ Spread tomato sauce on Paratha, add slices of sausage, cheese and Voila!

Disclaimer : Using the Paratha is not my original idea k. This was such a great hack I read on FB on one of those late nights but I honestly don't know who originally created it so shout-out to that person : you made our life super easy! Thank you from the bottom of our tummies!๐๐
