Good day guys, I hope we all are having a good day…
A few minutes ago while strolling around the garden, I saw something very interesting on one of my bitter leaves, a mantis nymph was on the edge of the leaf and below it was a pair of weevils that appeared to be mating which was a very rear event I ever thought I could witness.
I actually noticed the weevils first, It was only after I took a closer look at the leaf I noticed that a mantis was there too because of how well its greenish colour blended with the leaf. The whole thing was quite interesting to me because it made me realize how much can actually be happening around the garden without us noticing.
I took these pictures with my phone and thought of sharing this little garden moment with everyone on here. I also found it interesting seeing these different insects around the same plant and I’m curious to know if anyone else has noticed similar insects around their bitter leaf or other garden plants lately.
