No sé si saben que los argentinos somos fanáticos del futbol, por eso la "profesora" de "matemática" tuvo la genial idea de organizar trabajos grupales creando una maqueta referida al "mundial" que está comenzando. Como tenemos una casa con galerías espaciosas, siempre que se hacen este tipo de reuniones de trabajo grupales, las hacemos en casa.
I don't know if you know that Argentinians are football fanatics, so the math teacher had the brilliant idea of organizing group projects to create a model related to the World Cup that's starting. Since we have a house with spacious verandas, whenever we have these kinds of group work meetings, we hold them at home.

El trabajo lo hicimos en compañía de nuestros padres y cada uno aportó una idea de qué tipo de maqueta hacer; es así como se decidió hacer un "estadio" de "futbol". Tratamos de que sea lo más realista posible, incorporando todos los elementos que podemos ver en una cancha. Además, como han puesto en venta figuritas de los diferentes jugadores, utilizamos estos para hacer los jugadores de nuestra maqueta "estadio". Espero que podamos ganar la competencia de maqueta y que nuestra "selección" de "futbol" salga campeona del mundo.
We did this project with our parents, and each of us contributed an idea for what kind of model to make. That's how we decided to make a soccer stadium. We tried to make it as realistic as possible, incorporating all the elements you'd see on a field. Also, since they've put figurines of the different players on sale, we used those to make the players for our model "stadium." I hope we can win the model competition and that our "football" team becomes world champion.
