So happy that Friday came, the day I visited this beautiful ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨: to show everyone the species of mushrooms that are in the beautiful nature reserve, where we usually look for the different mushrooms to participate in this initiative
Fridays are the most anticipated days, since my grandparents and I go out to look for mushrooms to participate in the initiative. On this occasion we found one of the most seen varieties lately in the field, it is about the ¨fungos¨eares¨: a type of chanterelle that develops in the bark of trees

It is very common to find this fungus on a tree known as ceibo because of the shape of its bark, but sometimes we also saw it on a branch of a tree called ¨mora¨. These mushrooms are highly sought after by people who are used to eating wild ¨mushrooms¨, since there are many delicious meals that you can prepare with them. This is one of those exquisite ¨recipe ¨: . As you can see, it is a simple recipe to prepare and does not require many expensive ingredients. I have to admit that we never ate wild mushrooms and the times we did make a meal we bought mushrooms at the store

The second mushroom we found on our last visit to the botanical garden is known as a "ledge" mushroom: it is called that basically because of its shape. These, like the previous mushrooms, also grow on the surface of wood or branches of different types of trees, although I have to admit that this mushroom does not have the typical shape of the traditional "mushrooms" shelves, they look just as beautiful

As I had told you in other posts that we found this type of mushrooms, they belong to a genus that has many species, and I think this one is known by the name of ¨Pycnoporus¨sanguineus¨: I understand that it is a mushroom that cannot be edible, but to be honest with everyone I am not totally sure. What I like most about this type of mushroom, besides its striking color, is that they are one of those mushrooms that can be used a lot. The photographs were taken by my grandmother with her ¨Motoe7plus¨ phone. I am very grateful to Gaby because she is always attentive to mushrooms so that I can participate in this beautiful ¨FungiFridayContest¨: by
