Reviewing my gallery on my phone, I was able to see that the only thing I do on a daily basis is go to the gym and be in my room. Half a year ago I would never have imagined that I would have a sustainable exercise habit over time.
I also wouldn't have imagined that I could share with some colleagues in the gym, especially because the first days I went I was a little overwhelmed by the place and I didn't feel very comfortable.
