I want to share with you guys my YEMA CAKE. My family and friends loves it. they always request for this cake in every occasions we have. It took me quite sometimes to perfect the yema frosting to be stable and hold it design for a long time. So many adjustments from the original recipe that i got online. a little bit tricky to make and it takes a lot of patience and time to get it perfect, but it worth it after all the feed back that i got from friends and family.
