Any time you radically change your diet there always feels like there is something missing when you eat. When going keto, for me it was/is bread. Its a pretty common thing to munch on when you want a snack, make some toast , have a sandwich, the list goes on.

This bread seems to be the best choice if you are going to have bread, im my local area at least, its a pretty solid effort in reducing the no no's in bread... but its not perfect.

I keep a couple of loaves in the freezer and break them out when im feeling like i need some good ol bread intake, yes i know it aint 'proper keto', but i feel that making these kinds of shifts can be difficult if we dont have some kind of fallback and support... this provides that medium, if i slip at least it aint full on bread right ?lol.

So the bread is found at Aldi stores and comes in at five dollars a loaf, so pretty hefty.... hence why its very much a sometimes food ;) The bread itself is quite heavy and dense , it also has a wholegrain/multigrain/extra grained loaf of bread.

Here we have the bread toasted and hit with a good dose of peanut butter, and it really comes down to what you put on it right ?

If you eat it alone there is a distinction that the bread aint legit, but if you have been off bread for a while you wouldn't notice it much at all. Once you have it in a sandwich configuration or topped with whatever you like, that works for you dietary needs, you dont taste any difference in the bread itself.

Conclusion

Yes its a cheat and not proper keto, but it fills the void, and if you do slip... it aint that bad compared to the alternative. As i said it is a sometimes food and hopefully bridges the gap between starting and failing to change diet, to starting, slipping and getting back up on that horse ;)

Big changes in diet can sometimes have adverse effects, for people effected by this a gradual transition may be better suited and this bread may be that happy medium, but always consult your trusted physician when making health choices for yourself.
