If you follow my daily updates, you may have noticed that Saturdays are mountain hiking days. Today was different. Yes, I did hike, but in mountains. My destination was Krakow.
Krakow attracts many tourists. We however didn’t follow the beaten tourist paths. Guided by @wadera, we travelled in time.
We saw a quarry where “Schindler’s List” had been shot. We felt the emptiness of nazi work camp from WWII. We climbed up a mound which had been probably erected in early Middle Ages. And we walked the central square of a Krakow’s district which used to be a Free City.
