I hiked around Rubjerg Knude lighthouse in northern Denmark. It’s a place where the North Sea swallows Danish land piece by piece. 1.5m per year on average.

The lighthouse had to be moved inland lest it was destroyed. The whole area is beautiful, the more that we had fantastic weather. But the seemingly calm sea has demonstrated its destructive power here.
