Yesterday I saw a series on Simpsons, I think episode 14 of season 36.
It shows how Marge dealt with her anger, she usually write down her anger in a letter she would not send. That's all it takes to be a writer.
Just write!
There's no need for something elaborate or a particular pattern of writing, it just requires your expression. The perfectionist mindset is what chase people from writing, but all it needs is to write something!
