1.- ¿Antes de entrar a esta plataforma en que invertías tu tiempo?
La verdad es que yo trabajaba en varias plataformas para generar dinero ya que vivo de internet y todo esto, pero si de mencionar los lugares en sí en los que estaba invirtiendo mi tiempo, puedo decir que estaba en Steemit que era como la mejor opción en su momento, también trabaja muchísimas horas al día en una pagina llamada Kolotibablo resolviendo captchas y también estaba creando contenido visual en Youtube, en eso invertía la gran mayoría de mis días y trabajaba de sol a sol jajajajaja como dicen por ahí en modo de broma: "trabajando como negra para vivir como negra creída jajajajaja" pero eso no sucede 😂😂😂😂.
1.- Before joining this platform, how did you spend your time?
The truth is that I was working on several platforms to generate money since I live on the internet and all this, but if to mention the places itself in which I was investing my time, I can say that I was in Steemit which was like the best option at the time, also works many hours a day on a page called Kolotibablo solving captchas and was also creating visual content on Youtube, in that I invested the vast majority of my days and worked from sunrise to sunset hahahahahahaha as they say out there in joking mode: "working as a black woman to live as a black woman hahahahahahaha" but that doesn't happen😂😂😂😂.
2.- ¿Mayor satisfacción que te ha traído Hive?
Mi mayor satisfacción aquí en Hive, es que puedo decir actualmente que estoy dedicando mi tiempo en algo que me encanta, que me apasiona y me motiva a seguir aprendiendo, creando y compartiendo con los que hacemos vida por acá. También me motiva el crecimiento que voy logrando tener con el pasar del tiempo por la dedicación y constancia con la que trabajo, soy de las que trabaja como hormiga a diario para cumplir objetivos y eso la verdad es que me hace feliz porque para ser mi trabajo, pues en Hive no lo siento como un trabajo tedioso, mas bien es divertido y lo amo.
3.- ¿Principal aspecto de tu vida en el que Hive ha influenciado?
La verdad es que en Hive he aprendido a ser más constante de lo que ya era, porque cuando las cosas no me salían bien pues me desmotivaba y buscaba otra opción y así iba, pero llegó un momento en el que tuve que tomar una decisión por salud mental jejejejeje porque me estaba volviendo como loca con tantas cosas y dije: "ok, me dedicaré de lleno a Hive y mi comunidad mayvileros" y listo, me siento más tranquila y trabajando en las metas establecidas.
2.- What is the greatest satisfaction that Hive has brought you?
My greatest satisfaction here at Hive is that I can say that I am currently dedicating my time to something that I love, that I am passionate about and that motivates me to continue learning, creating and sharing with those of us who make life here. I am also motivated by the growth that I am achieving over time by the dedication and perseverance with which I work, I am one of those who works like an ant every day to meet goals and that really makes me happy because to be my job, because in Hive I do not feel it as a tedious job, rather it is fun and I love it.
3.- Main aspect of your life that Hive has influenced?
The truth is that in Hive I have learned to be more constant than I already was, because when things didn't work out well I got demotivated and looked for another option, but there came a time when I had to make a decision for mental health hehehehehehehe because I was going crazy with so many things and I said: "ok, I will dedicate myself fully to Hive and my mayvileros community" and ready, I feel calmer and working on the established goals.
4.- ¿Qué cualidades ha despertado Hive en ti?
Cualidades pues no se como explicarlo, pero podría decir que la de escritura, porque ciertamente uno aprende de todo un poco, pero en Hive me di cuenta que si uno quiere mejorar la manera de ver su contenido pues debe aprender y trabajar en función de eso, entonces aprendí a darle la vuelta a las cosas como las digo, de manera tal que me pueda sentir mucho más cómoda y el maquetar los post ahora no me es fastidioso, ahora me encanta ver las diferentes maneras que hay para que se vea llamativo y eso me encanta porque es un contenido que va a quedar en internet no se si por siempre, pero si por mucho tiempo y me gusta saber que he mejorado y que se verá mas atractivo para el lector.
5.- ¿Cuál consideras que es el principal valor para mantenerte en Hive?
Pienso que cuando llegamos a Hive no debemos tener ninguna expectativa para que no se desanimen, porque si piensan que van a ganar mucho dinero por crear contenido original y no sucede pues obviamente se desaniman y terminan abandonando, lo mejor es saber que queremos expresarnos y listo, dejar nuestra huella en una red social donde podemos leer a otros, conocerlos y si ganamos algo en el proceso pues fabuloso. Pero la constancia hay que tenerla muy presente si o si, porque por mucho contenido que podamos crear a diario, si nos alejamos bien sea 3 días o una semana, cuando regresemos no será igual, no se como funciona Hive y si tenga algoritmo, pero para ser vistos por ballenas y que los apoyen estará como rudo.
Entonces para resumir las cualidades son:
- No tener expectativas.
- Ser constante.
- Tener ganas de aprender constantemente.
4.- What qualities has Hive awakened in you?
Well, I don't know how to explain it, but I could say that of writing, because certainly one learns a little of everything, but in Hive I realized that if you want to improve the way you see your content, you must learn and work based on that, then I learned to turn things around as I say them, Now I love to see the different ways there are to make it look attractive and I love that because it is a content that will stay on the internet, I don't know if it will be forever, but it will be for a long time and I like to know that I have improved and that it will look more attractive to the reader.
5.- What do you consider to be the main value to keep you in Hive?
I think that when we get to Hive we should not have any expectations so that they do not get discouraged, because if they think they will earn a lot of money for creating original content and it does not happen then obviously they get discouraged and end up leaving, the best thing is to know that we want to express ourselves and ready, leave our mark on a social network where we can read others, meet them and if we earn something in the process then fabulous. But constancy must be very present if or if, because no matter how much content we can create daily, if we move away either 3 days or a week, when we return it will not be the same, I do not know how Hive works and if it has algorithm, but to be seen by whales and support them will be as rude.
So to summarize the qualities are:
- Have no expectations.
- To be constant.
- Be willing to learn constantly.
