‎Hello there, friends... 🥰 How are you all doing? I hope everyone is doing good and life is treating you well.

‎Today I want to share a simple dinner I made which is the Pechay with Scrambled Eggs. There's nothing special about this, but believe me that it turned out so good! 😍

‎Actually, this recipe isn't just for dinner. You can cook this for breakfast or lunch. Whatever makes you happy. 😅 Pechay goes along with many recipes, but this is the first time I've paired it with eggs. And it's so nice combination with each other.

Ingredients:

‎• 1 big bunch of pechay

‎• 2 eggs

‎• 3 cloves garlic

‎• 2 small red onions

‎• 2 tablespoons cooking oil

‎• 1/2 teaspoon salt

‎• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

‎• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Process:

‎First of all, I've put a little cooking oil in a pan then I added in the chopped garlic and onion. Then I cooked them until it's fragrant.

‎Then, I've added first the pechay stems which required a little time for cooking. Then, once they began to look tender, I added the leaves.

‎I stir-fried all of them together and I seasoned a little bit with salt, pepper and added a little soy sauce.

‎In the meantime, I've already beaten eggs in a bowl and mixed with a little salt. I poured it in the pan and mixed with the other ingredients until they were cooked.

‎And that's it... dinner is ready! 😍

Actually, I didn't expect that much at pairing the pechay with eggs, but I was surprised.

‎It's a simple combination and it's tasty without requiring expensive ingredients. So, if you have a fresh pechay and eggs at home, try out this combination.

Thanks for the visit and have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸

With love,
