Bendecido lunes para todos mis queridos amigos amantes de la buena comida, espero que esta semana que comienza traiga cosas buenas y sea productiva.
Hoy estoy preparando unas ricas papas al horno, acá les muestro el proceso es fácil y rapido.

Today I am preparing some delicious baked potatoes, here I show you the process is easy and fast.

Ingredientes:

✅ 4 papas
✅ 2 dientes de ajo
✅ 1 rama de cilantro
✅ 2 cucharadas
✅ Una pizca de sal

Ingredients:
✅ 4 potatoes
✅ 2 cloves of garlic
✅ 1 sprig of coriander
✅ 2 tablespoons
✅ A pinch of salt

Preparación:

Comienzo lavando muy bien las papas y luego las corto a la mira dejandole la concha.

preparation:
I start by washing the potatoes very well and then cut them to the sight leaving the shell.

Colocar en una olla con agua y dejar cocinar hasta hasta que estén suaves.

Place in a pot with water and let cook until soft.

Continue cortando finalmente cilantro y machacado ajo.

Continue to finally cut coriander and crushed garlic.

Luego en una sarten agregar 2 cucharadas de mantequilla y dejar derretir a fuego lento y sofreír ajo u luego agregar cilantro, cocinar por 2 minutos.

Then in a pan add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt over low heat and fry garlic and then add coriander, cook for 2 minutes.

Cuando las papas ya estén cocidas retirar del agua y aplanar.

When the potatoes are cooked remove from the water and flatten.

Añadir luego la salsa de mantequilla por encima.

Then add the butter sauce on top.

Colocar en un refractario de y llevar al horno hasta dorar.

Bake until golden.

Para decorar agregar un poco de queso mozzarella por encima que tenia rallado y listo.

To decorate add a little mozzarella cheese on top that I had grated and that's it.

A disfrutar de unas ricas papas con un estilo diferente.
