I had a lot to work lately and you might imagine I was very overwhelmed with that. Therefore, I felt very privileged to engage in mindfulness at times. It is not that easy to be fully present and aware of ourselves and our surroundings as we would like to.

I remember it was night when I went to a shop near my building to take a snack. There was almost no one in the street and it felt so peaceful that I almost got scared at first. Then, I began to listen to the tiny noises, to hear the trees, to smell the air and all these things made me feel so vivid. It was like a great little secret I locked up and I could re-discover right now.

Finally, I thought of repeating the experience and one day continuing this incredible journey by celebrating more the food I eat. I still find it a bit difficult to allow myself to be more attentive to my meals, the tastes, the way I do it, and even touch it with my empty hands.

We leave in such a rush that we don't longer embrace the simple and the natural as it would be supposed to happen.

So, wish you to have a clear mind and to be present in this very moment!
