Hola hive Foodies. Feliz fin de semana. El día de hoy les vengo a compartir un receta muy tradicional en mi país los cuales tiene como nombre tequeños o en otros lugres suelen llamarle dedos de queso. Es una crujientes masa rellena de queso.

Lo primero es colocar gran parte de la harina en un recipiente, el resto se utilizar para que vaya agarrando consistencia, seguido a ello se le incorpora el huevo.

Después se le incorpora el azúcar y la mantequilla, luego todos estos ingredientes se mezclan muy bien.
