The creams are the most used complement to fill cakes, some a little more laborious than others, but you will always feel identified with one in particular. For some time now I have been making desserts for family and friends where they have had the opportunity to enjoy a great variety of experiments in terms of cakes!
Certainly, reading some recipes on the internet I wanted to adapt some of them; because I would love to try them all without complications. Today I made a fantastic combination, delicious and versatile, it can be used to fill, cover, decorate among other things this delicious cream loaded with arequipe and chocolate. As a good lover of arequipe or dulce de leche I could not pass up such an appetizing cream and let you with great affection the preparation in detail.
I love creams that simplify the work of the confectioner, if those that are delicious and multipurpose, in so few seconds we can make it.
• 500 gr Arequipe o dulce de leche (de tu preferencia)
• 100 gr Mantequilla sin sal
• 100 gr chocolate (para derretir o cobertura)
- 500 gr Arequipe or dulce de leche (of your preference)
- 100 gr unsalted butter
- 100 gr chocolate (for melting or topping)
- As I always indicate, it is necessary to weigh each of the ingredients in order to obtain a better balance between them.
- In a pot, preferably a thick aluminum pan, add the margarine and the chocolate to melt, using a very low heat. If you use too much heat, you will burn the ingredients and that is not what we want.
- We will be able to observe that both ingredients begin to melt and mix, with a paddle do not stop stirring.
- Once ready, add the dulce de leche and mix until everything is homogenized. There should be no lumps, if necessary remove from the heat and continue mixing until it looks like in the picture. A silky cream, without lumps and good texture.
- When removing from the heat, immediately place plastic wrap over the cream to prevent lumps or crusts from forming when it cools.
- Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate before using.
- You can use in whatever you want, fill, cover or decorate. Very delicious!
