Have you ever been betrayed by someone?
It hurts, right? It does, for sure, especially when that someone is so dear to you. But I tell you, do not worry. It's normal! Yes, it is. Want a proof?
Betrayal also happened a long time ago --- JESUS being betrayed by Judas the son of Simon Iscariot.
Yes, even the Lord got betrayed but always remember, everything happens for a reason, and it should happen for its purpose to be revealed.
JOHN 13:19 I am telling you now before it happens so that when it does happen, you will believe that I am who I am.
You may have felt hurt, but this time, make the decision to choose to draw on its lessons. Just be grateful because it happened. Also, choose to ponder what would He do if it was Him who is betrayed. :)
You, who have been betrayed, or the ones who betrayed somebody, do not ever forget this:
PSALM 89:33-34 But I will not break off My loving kindness from him, nor deal falsely in My faithfulness. My covenant, I will not violate, nor will I alter the utterance of my lips.
When all else fails, He remains faithful, and forever He will be.
Change may be the only constant in this world but I tell you, His love never changes.
So, worry no more for God is always with you. :)
