That's a lie. I have almost zero problems, and it's great. However, I did have a coffee problem earlier today, as you'll know if you caught my earlier post. It occurred to me after I considered ordering a Chemex as a backup that I could totally just use the basket from our broken coffee maker over the carafe from it and make pour-over coffee. Duh!
In my defense, figuring out how to make coffee before you've had coffee is what I imagine looking for one's eyeglasses without the aid of said eyeglasses could be, but as I've never worn eyeglasses aside from the sun variety, I'd simply be guessing.
