V60 coffee is a manual pour-over brewing method using a cone-shaped filter at a 60-degree angle. This method is popular because the paper filter absorbs the coffee's natural oils, producing a clean, light brew that highlights the complex flavors of the coffee beans.
And the tool I bought was the Breve Core V60. It's a portable, cone-shaped coffee filter made from 304 stainless steel designed for the V60 pour-over manual brewing method. This tool also has a coffee cup, can be used repeatedly without filter paper (paperless), practical to carry when traveling.
I can't wait to use it, I've also bought new coffee beans that are suitable for this device. This is so much fun, I'm going to make delicious coffee.
