Gilberto era un hombre que vivía en la ciudad por motivo del trabajo como educador, hace años había obtenido una extensión de terreno considerable gracias a sus ahorros. La finca le permitió tener ganado allí para luego venderlo, esa opción de comprar becerros para engordar las ejecutó muchas veces.
Hasta que la situación del país cambió, el salario devengado no era suficiente para ahorrar, todo se gastaba en comida… Vino una urgencia de salud y puso a pensar a Gilberto, de dónde sacar para la emergencia.
Comenzó con rifas, vendimias, logró minimizar un poco lo que pedían en el hospital, aún no era suficiente… Viendo la televisión, vio cómo arrendaban terrenos, así que se puso a investigar si en los alrededores de la finca, ya habían arrendado la propiedad para tener animales.
Obteniendo respuestas favorables, la finca se encontraba en una zona plana, había agua, pasto, potreros; fue fácil alquilar por los beneficios que tenía. Consiguió un candidato para arrendar; la tramitación del arrendamiento lo hizo por medio de un abogado.
De esa manera, pudo solventar la necesidad, ahora le toca esperar seis meses para que su finca vuelva a sus manos… La enseñanza que deja la historia es no paralizarse antes las adversidades; las soluciones están ahí para apoderarse de ellas.

Until the situation of the country changed, the salary earned was not enough to save, everything was spent on food... A health emergency came and made Gilberto think about where to get money for the emergency.
He started with raffles, grape harvests, he managed to minimize a little what they were asking for at the hospital, it was still not enough... Watching television, he saw how they were leasing land, so he started to investigate if in the surroundings of the farm, they had already leased the property to have animals.
He obtained favorable responses, the farm was located in a flat area, there was water, pasture, paddocks; it was easy to rent because of the benefits it had. He was able to get a candidate to lease; he processed the lease through a lawyer.
In this way, he was able to solve the need, now he has to wait six months for his farm to return to his hands... The lesson of the story is not to be paralyzed before adversities; the solutions are there to take hold of them.
