I’m writing this to vent a little; over the last few months, I’ve been doing a deep clean—far more extensive than what I’m used to. A pest known as bedbugs appeared in my home; it was the first time I’d ever seen them, and I only identified the insect after taking a photo of it.
That’s when I started researching the insect online; I learned that it can get into your home if someone gives you something on the street or brings it to your house. It has changed my life—just when I think I’ve gotten rid of them, they show up again.
I spend my time washing, taking the clothes out, and putting them in plastic bags to let them sit in the sun. I also vacuum and apply heat to the mattresses before applying the insecticide.
It is worth mentioning that I used two insecticides, but without favorable results. That was until I bought an insecticide called diatomaceous earth online; it was shipped to me from Valencia.
I proceeded to apply it where I suspect bed bugs travel. This is a powder that needs to be applied in thin layers; you can do this by putting the powder inside a stocking and using it to spread the product.
Diatomaceous earth is said to be an excellent desiccant; upon contact, the bedbug dehydrates and dies. My hopes were renewed when I learned this; I plan to carry out this process for at least three weeks...
Yesterday, thank goodness, I was able to buy the steam cleaner using mobile payment. Today, they sent me a screenshot of the tracking information, and I’m going to pick it up at the MRW shipping agency next week.
I’ve adopted the saying "he who perseveres, triumphs"; I have no other choice. I will continue to be vigilant for the well-being of my family and myself, keeping us free from pests.
Hoy vengo en cuestion de desahogo,en los últimos meses me la he pasado en una limpieza profunda,más de lo que estoy acostumbrada hacer. Y es que a mi hogar apareció una plaga llamada chinches de cama, primera vez que la veía y supe de ese insecto porque le tome la foto.
De ahí empecé a investigar por internet sobre el insecto, supe que puede venir a tu casa, porque te regalen algo en la calle o te lo lleven a la casa. Me ha cambiado la vida, cuando creó que los eliminé, me salen otra vez.
Me la paso lavando, sacando la ropa y colocando en bolsas plasticas para que lleven sol. Complemento aspirando y aplicando calor a los colchones para luego aplicar el insecticida.
Es oportuno decir, que he usado dos insecticidas, pero sin resultados favorables. Hasta que compre online el insecticida llamado tierra de diatomeas, me vino de Valencia por encomienda.
Procedí a colocar por donde sospecho que pasa los chinches de cama. Este es un polvo que hay que colocarlo en capas finas utilizando una media y dentro de ella agregar el polvo para esparcirlo.
De la tierra de Diatomeas se dice que es un desecante muy bueno, al tener contacto con el chinche se deshidrata y muere. Mi esperanza volvió al saber esa información, este procedimiento lo haré por lo menos tres semanas...
Ayer, gracias a Dios pude comprar el limpiador a vapor por pago movil. Hoy me enviaron el capture de la guía para el seguimiento del producto, voy a retirar por la agençia de envío MRW la semana que viene.
Me apoderó de una frase que dice el que persevera vence,no me queda de otra, seguiré siendo observadora por el bienestar de mi familia y del mío propio libre de plaga.
