As promised here are some of the recipes for dishes we made on our recent camping trip. The highlight was Sue's Walking Tacos, something new in my books. Simple and perfect for picnic lunches, teenager's party and a snack at sunset watching the world go by. Do try them sometime. If you have a brilliant idea to share please do so!
