Good evening, dear friends of Hive, in the gems community. It's a pleasure to greet you and share with you all a super easy and quick recipe that never fails: chicken stew with potatoes. To make it go further and be even more delicious, I prepared this for lunch and served it with rice and salad.

Pollo guisado, una receta fácil y rápida 🍲

Ingredientes

800 gracias de pollo
1 tomate
1/4 de pimentón verde
8 dientes de ajo
1/2 cebolla
1 rama de cilantro
1 papa
Salsa inglesa
Adobo, sal, pimienta y color a gusto

Ingredients

800g chicken pieces
1 tomato
1/4 green bell pepper
8 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
1 sprig of cilantro
1 potato
Worcestershire sauce
Adobo seasoning, salt, pepper, and annatto to taste

Paso 1

Cómo primer paso vamos a cortar, lavar y colocar en una olla el pollo.

As a first step, we're going to cut, wash, and place the chicken in a pot.

Luego vamos a lavar y cortar en cuadritos el tomate, pimentón, ajo, cebolla y el cilantro y agregar al pollo.

Next, we'll wash and dice the tomato, bell pepper, garlic, onion, and cilantro and add them to the chicken.

Después agregamos la sal, pimienta, salsa inglesa, adobo y color y le vamos a fuego bajo.

Then we'll add the salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, adobo seasoning, and annatto, and simmer over low heat.

Luego mezclamos y cocinamos tapado, agregamos un poco de agua si es necesario para que se haga mejor el guiso.

Por último vamos a lavar, pelar y cortar las papas en cuadrados, agregar a la preparación, cocinamos hasta que la papa esté blanda, corregimos de sal y retiramos del fuego y listo para servir y degustar.
