Ingredientes:
Papas
Perejil
Ajo
Mantequilla

Paso 1: Vamos a lavar muy bien la papas, la picamos en cuadros del tamaño de su preferencia y pondremos a sancochar con sal al gusto, mientras se terminan de cocinar las papas procedemos a picar el perejil y el ajo, cuando ya esté lista las papas las sacamos del agua.

Paso 2: Pondremos un sartén al fuego con dos cucharadas de mantequilla, una vez que se derrita agregaremos el ajo movemos muy bien y dejamos cocinar unos segundos y le añadimos el perejil, movemos, ya solo queda añadir las papas y unir todo, vamos a dejar cocinando por 1 minuto.
