My friend is going for plastic surgery, should I lend money to him? Check out my reasons

Hehehe, I well know that most people are missing me and as a result, their BP, base on the notification I got from their doctor, is now rising than ever before. So, as a lover of life, I have make it my priority to calm your BP status to avoid, marajah, it's your fault. Why didn't you provide suitable antidote on time?. Hehehe
Now, having prepared your mind with the above soothing words, let me tell you a fictional story that am imagining that could happen to me if I should lend money to my friend. Let's goooo..
There is this friend of mine whose name is Amanda, living next to our house. She too has a friend, though, she packed in new to our territory, but she told me stories about her friend. According to her, there is this friend of hers that always come to her whenever she's in need for help and she do render. That her friend's name is Judith. Both of them always share their secrets within themselves. Their relationship was one of it's kind. Even, neighbours thought they were sisters. According to her narration, they do share things together except inner wears. Hahaha, why are you amazed at that? Infection is not a friend but your friend can freely give it to you naw, lolz. Let's move on...
According to her, that her friend, Judith, has a very rough face like that of a guy I know by the name josediccus. 
One day, her friend decided to beautify her face so as to look good and beautiful. Hmmm, if you're a Nigerian lady, you can tell how hard and difficult it is for a beautiful lady to marry, how much more of a lady with rough face lolz. Our men and high taste as if they're handsome. Hope no one wants to stone me!!!. Alright, the lady by the name Judith decided to do so through plastic surgery. But, the cost was much. So, she told Amanda to help her financially. Initially, Amanda refused but her friend Judith kept on pleading for help from her. Base on Amanda's sayings, there is this union she belonged to that time, they gave her money to save. So, according to her friend, the plastic surgery trip will take only but 3 months and the union will require the money in the next 6 months. So, she gave the money to her friend Judith with the intention that she will return the money within a couple of months.
6 months later, the union requested for the money but no where to be found. So they arrested the lady with police. One thing I like about her is her smartness. Do you know that she made the whole money inside prison within few weeks? How? She accepted friendship with the senior lady in the prison and they started tasking and charging newcomers huge amount of money, before accepting them into their prison where she was detained. Hmmm, she left her comfort zone forcefully just because she rendered help to a friend. But, I thought we were taught in church to help the needy because there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving. Now, why did she enter prison? Hehehe, if that is the happiness, please, don't expect me to give you anything ooo.
Anyway, the story progresses.
As soon as she came back from station, few months later, she received the news (rumour) that her friend is back. But guys do you all know the most funny aspect of it? Heeey, she couldn't recognize her friend Judith. All she knew is that a beautiful lady came to pack Judith's belongings from the room where she lived in, and Amanda asked her if she is Judith, she told her that she's not the one, infact, that she doesn't know any one answering such name. Guys, hope you all noticed the problem? Amanda was unable to recognize her friend after the plastic surgery and the friend have abandoned her.
After listening to this her story, friends, tell me, should I lend money to my friend that wants to travel abroad for facial surgery? If yes, how then will I recognize her so as to collect back my money?
