Vitellius was born in 15 AD. The full name of Vitellius is Aulus Vitellius Germanicus. Vitellius was the emperor of Rome in AD 69. But Vitellius had only eight months of empire duty.

Vitellius was made an emperor by two Roman military commanders. Vitellius and his soldiers fought against Galba to become an emperor and won this war. But even though Galba died, a lot soldiers still did not accept Vitellius as an emperor.

Besides, Vitellius was not very interested in the administration of Rome. Vitellius is more engaged in pleasure, gladiator fighting. The Roman empire was led by two commanders of Vitellius.
