Hola a toda esta linda comunidad. Hoy paso a compartirles como fue nuestra tarde de domingo, en la que luego de almorzar en casita, salimos un rato a cambiar un poco de ambiente y aprovechar el poco sol que hacía en este día de invierno.
Al llegar a la plaza, nos encontramos con una feria llamada "Expo Comics", en la que había una gran variedad para ver y comprar, y no dudamos en acercarnos para curiosear un poco. Habían varios stand con mercancía alusiva a comics tradicionales, como también a los mangas japoneses.
Por mi parte, quedé antojada de muchas cosas que vimos: desde franelas, unas medias de abejita como las favoritas de la protagonista de "Yo antes de ti" y mi favorita de todos, una libreta con la portada y la historia del ánime "Death Note".
También tenían un stand al estilo medieval, en el que te alquilaban el traje y podías fotografiarte como una arquera o un gladiador. Pero al ser para ellos tomar las fotos, pues ni de lejos pude sacarles una con mi teléfono.
Igualmente habían Stormtroopers (los soldados de Dark Vader) merodeando por todo el espacio, sacándose fotos con todos, pero se movían tanto que cuando terminaba una foto de otra cosa, ya no estaban cerca... así que quedé sin poder tener una de ellos también.
Y es que habían tantas cosas para ver, que prácticamente saltábamos de stand en stand, queriendo comprar de todo, pero con poco presupuesto, pues el plan inicial era comernos algo rico para merendar.
Aquí también tenían puestos de comidas, todas saladas, pero realmente variado: había comida dominicana, cubana y por supuesto las infaltables pizzas y hamburguesas.
En ese sentido, no hubo la tentación de quedarse a degustar, pues como ya habíamos comido, estábamos era buscando algo dulce. Pero lo que si puedo decir es que los espacios se veían bastante limpios, y hasta mesitas tenían para la comodidad de los comensales. Y los precios muy accesibles en comparación con otros lugares que ofrecen los mismo productos.
Para mi hijo, la atracción mayor era montarse en los colchones inflables. Habían dos, uno para los niños pequeños y otro para los mayores. Él eligió el pequeño para poder compartir con una amiguita que nos encontramos en la feria, aunque tenía la edad para el grande.
Eso me hizo recordar la primera vez que se montó en uno de esos colchones, y el miedo le invadió tanto que solo se sentó un rato y no aprovechó para brincar. En cambio ahora se perdía de vista entre los chicos que compartían el turno con él.
Ya luego, nos dieron una invitación para una presentación que empezaría en el centro cultural, y decidimos ir a ver de qué se trataba. Era un acto musical con canciones infantiles e interacción de los cantantes con el público.
Al ser para niños más pequeños, tanto Fabrizzio como la amiguita se aburrieron rápido y prefirieron irse al parque que quedaba al lado del teatro. Ahí pasaron un buen tiempo mientras las madres nos sentamos a conversar un rato, hasta que la temperatura empezó a bajar y decidimos que pasaríamos por la panadería a comprar algunas facturas para merendar, pero cada uno en su casa, pues hay una ola de frío polar, y no es recomendable estar tan tarde en la calle.

Hello to all this lovely community. Today I share with you how our Sunday afternoon went, in which after lunch at home, we went out for a while to change the environment a little and take advantage of the little sun that was on this winter day.
When we arrived at the square, we found a fair called "Expo Comics", in which there was a great variety to see and buy, and we did not hesitate to approach and take a look. There were several stands with merchandise related to traditional comics, as well as Japanese manga.
For my part, I was craving many of the things we saw: from t-shirts, some bee socks like the protagonist's favorite in "Before I Go to You" and my favorite of all, a notebook with the cover and story of the anime "Death Note".
They also had a medieval-style stand, in which they rented the costume and you could take pictures of yourself as an archer or a gladiator. But since it was for them to take the pictures, I could not take one with my phone from far away.
Likewise, there were Stormtroopers (Dark Vader's soldiers) roaming around the whole space, taking pictures with everyone, but they moved so much that when one photo of something else ended, they were no longer close ... so I was left without being able to have one of them too.
And it was that there were so many things to see, that we practically jumped from stand to stand, wanting to buy everything, but with little budget, because the initial plan was to eat something delicious for snack.
Here they also had food stalls, all salty, but really varied: there was Dominican food, Cuban food and of course the inevitable pizzas and hamburgers.
In that sense, there was no temptation to stay and taste, because as we had already eaten, we were looking for something sweet. But what I can say is that the spaces looked quite clean, and even tables they had for the comfort of diners. And the prices very accessible in comparison with other places that offer the same products.
For my son, the main attraction was to get on the inflatable mattresses. There were two, one for small children and one for thw big ones.
He chose the small one to share with a little friend we found at the fair, although he was old enough for the big one.
That made me remember the first time he got on one of those mattresses, and the fear invaded him so much that he only sat for a while and did not take the opportunity to jump. On the other hand, now he was lost from view among the boys who shared the turn with him.
Then, we were given an invitation to a presentation that would start at the cultural center, and we decided to go and see what it was about. It was a musical event with children's songs and interaction of the singers with the public.
Since it was for younger children, both Fabrizzio and the little friend got bored quickly and preferred to go to the park next to the theater.
There they spent a good time while the mothers sat down to chat for a while, until the temperature started to drop and we decided that we would go to the bakery to buy some pastries to snack, but each one at home, because there is a polar cold wave, and it is not advisable to be so late in the street.
