It's almost Summer here in the Philippines and it's about time to start that beach bod goal. Went to this mall (Robinsons Galleria) looking for just very light meals but then we passed by a newly opened branch of the "house of lechon"!
Then it happened! Another #cheatday! Guess it never ends. Can't resist this very inviting roast pig best paired with a platter of rice! Lechon or roast pig is traditionally cooked slowly over charcoal, rotated by hand on a bamboo spit. Spicy and soooo yummy! So I said RIP Diet! Til day one again...
