We all love it, spicy, sour, sweet, it goes with almost everything, Mustard.

And you can make it in 20 mins yourself, easier than cake.

Here is what you need:

  • mustard seeds (I took the yellow and black one, just saw both hanging side on side in the supermarket
  • water
  • vinegar
  • sugar (or honey) to taste
  • salt

Put the mustard seed into a blender until they are of the desired consistency, don't run it too long, if they get hot they get bitter

Mix all together, then put in the water first for 10 mins, after which you put in the vinegar. Mix well.

Put it to rest for a day or two. It may be a bit bitter in the beginning, that is normal, it need to marinade.

Afterwards fill it in some nice presentable glasses and enjoy. No limits to add flavor as you like. It will last forever without going bad even if not in the fridge.

Enjoy!
