My deadlift fell apart today. Performing that exercise last insures that my grip, especially in my left arm, is weak when I begin. Since I am avoiding the figure eight straps, except when traveling, it just means many less reps.
I have always walked on the outside of my feet, wearing out the outside of the heels of my shoes first. Knowing that, I try to concentrate using the inside ball of my foot to push off with calf raises. It’s tough, and I lose my balance easily, but using a lighter band and moving slower is making a difference there. I doubt I will ever correct my walk completely but maybe I can improve my stance and save my shoes a little in the process. :-)
