In the previous week, I decided I was quitting sugar. I was not expecting it would be that difficult. The truth is, quitting sugar is difficult. I thought it was going to be easy peasy but it's not and I am not even remotely addicted to sugar.

Though I read it may alleviate brain fog, that makes my brain fog even worse. I could not function at all. Generally I have only 8 to 16 gr sugar/day with very minimum added sugar to my diet. So, I quit the fourth day as I missed coffee with sugar dearly. I said " fuck it, I need to get things done"

Did you lose any weight?

I have not jump into a scale but overall, I am feeling ok.

This Sixth week has been challenging. With minimum sugar and my sleeping time looks changing, once again it was difficult to find the appropriate time to eat. Since I also going out a lot these days, my eating pattern has been messed up. Sometimes, I don't eat at all and all I have is just a cup of caffe late non sugar or mocchacino without sugar. I also walk quite often so I hope this will contribute to my weight loss journey.
