" Go, make your coffee first!"

When it comes to Friday to the weekend, the coffee is always strong. Other than regular working hours, which often includes meeting too, Friday is the day when I have some of my lecturers. And you know, with this kind of day, you're bound to need strong coffee.

In the past, this coffee machine was missing from my sight. Yet recently I found it back and was more than happy because now, my coffee hits different. Making a coffee with this kind of moka pot is a lot stronger than french press. The downside is that it only brews a bit of coffee but otherwise great for latte. Usually, I am also going to a cafe during the Friday but this time, I stayed home. Other than I am sick, my energy to socializing is depleting lately and I am looking for ways to recharge my energy.

I think a lot lately with the rise of AI and the way we do work. It's easy to feel like we're missing out because how fast information is being exchanged and even how fast we can ship a product. These days if a person has a claude subscriptions, they can push out some product and start generating revenue. Even from start to finish. This is is very intriguing but in reality, I also think about the gap between those who has an access to AI and those who don't. In a country like mine this remains an issue.

But anyway, typically on Friday, a lot of work are being consolidated at my place. We also have to finish the documents to be submitted on Monday. It's such a work and sometimes I need some reminder of my backlogs. Like this week, somehow I have way too many backlogs but I am checked out on most things due to feeling under the weather. But hey, finally getting back to writing and jolting things down online helps a little. Except now, I am probably overstimulated due to the amount of noise, information and even my classes that I received.

Oh and now I also have some courses on backlog which apparently, I need 2-3 hours/week to spend on it. That makes me realize how grueling sometimes learning can be or painfully slow things can be. But maybe it is how it is. Just 2-3 hours compounding lesson that within a month or 4 weeks we can actually learn something new from it. Then, the only thing you have to do is deal with retention.

That also makes me realize that if we just do 15 minutes workout daily for 3-4 months, you'll get somewhere than doing nothing because time actually moves faster than you can imagine.
