There are aerobics, functional training, dance, xtremebike, boxing, fitcombat and other teachers. It also has its own towel service so I don't have to worry about bringing my own towel daily, although to be honest I still do hahaha I haven't gotten used to that facility yet.
I love the facilities because they are spacious and have several rooms for the different activities. The bathroom with showers is also available and the women's bathroom has a hair dryer for those who have to go to work and don't want to leave with wet hair 😱 I don't think I would bathe there because it is very close to home, but I still loved that detail. Something funny that happened to me is that it's been 3 weeks since I started, but I've only been able to attend about 6 days because I just got sick 🤣 But this week I started with my batteries recharged, what do you think of this gym? Hay profesores de aeróbics, entrenamiento funcional, baile, xtremebike, boxeo, fitcombat y otras. Aparte tiene su propio servicio de toallas así que no debo preocuparme por llevar mi propia toalla diariamente, aunque siendo sincera lo sigo haciendo jajaja aún no me he acostumbrado a esa facilidad.
Las instalaciones me encantan porque son amplias y cuenta con varios ambientes para realizar las distintas actividades. El baño con duchas también está disponible y el de las mujeres tiene un secador de cabello para quienes deban ir a trabajar y no quieran irse con el cabello mojado 😱 No creo que me bañe allí porque me queda muy cerca de casa, pero igual me encantó ese detalle. Algo gracioso que me sucedió es que van 3 semanas desde que inicié, pero solo he podido asistir unos 6 días porque justamente me enfermé 🤣 Pero ya esta semana inicié con las batería recargadas ¿Qué opinan de este gym?
