If you have more experience, you can be better. In the west, they're more opportunities to work on complex projects that'll make you better, not so much in Naija. A Nigerian with more experience will be better than someone in the west and vice versaNo one said all devs are better than the ones here, we r saying it's easier to be a better dev there, than hereI agreed with you on this,
They pay you to learn more and give you room to learn and you focus on one languageWe are actually good,
But the truth is that our products can't be compare with them, most dev have share in the company and also they don't use 3 devs to build the next YouTube 😁😁😁If you’re more experienced than them, you’re better. Devs in Naija work remotely and similar or more experience too
