Today, during my mobility training, I immersed myself in the world of leg splits. Although I am a man, I have learned that flexibility knows no gender. Through calisthenics and smart, progressive, and consistent stretching, I have achieved a surprising amount of flexibility in my legs.
¡Apunta a alcanzar nuevas alturas!
The split has become my favorite move. Every time I slide down, I feel my muscles stretch and release. It's as if my body opens to the world, reminding me that flexibility is a virtue we can all cultivate.
I am proud of my progress. It doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman, young or old, flexibility is a gift we can give to our body. So why not join me? I invite everyone to stretch, explore their limits and celebrate every little progress. Aim to reach new heights!
