Happy Friday, folks. This Friday is a special one here because it's Hive's 6 years anniversary. 🎉 I'm excited to be part of Hive as it marks this day. Wishing each and everyone one of us a happy celebration!
So in the spirit of the celebration, I'm sharing this video I made while foraging the Scaly Lentinus mushrooms, which I found at my sister's front yard during my visit some time last year.
Like I mentioned in a previous post, Scaly Lentinus is actually edible, tasty and nutritious, and can be prepared in so many ways, depending on your taste bud.
